The Address, Downtown Burj Dubai, is located in the heart of Downtown Burj Dubai facing the iconic Burj Khalifa the tallest building in the world, 20 minutes away from Dubai International Airport and 30 minutes to Jumeirah Beach area. The Dubai Mall, the largest mall in the Middle East and one of the world largest shopping and entertainment destinations is located in close proximity of the hotel. Dubai World Trade Centre and other business institutions, as well as tourist and local attractions are all within short driving distance.
196 spacious and luxurious rooms and suites with spectacular views of Burj Khalifa, The Old Town, The Old Town Islands and the Burj Dubai Boulevard. Guest rooms are located between the 7th and 12th floors, with a total of 171 bedrooms including 34 Club Rooms, and an additional 25 Suites, many with large balconies. Four of the suites have private, outdoor spa baths. All rooms and suites are spacious and airy, featuring light colors contrasting with natural dark wood features and furnishings. The relaxing Lobby Lounge, Risala, serves light refreshments and the separate Lobby bar, Calabar, both have specially composed music to suit the day or night. Fazaris is the all day dinning restaurant, stylish but lively and animated with show kitchen. Hukama, is the specialty Chinese restaurant. The outdoor pool bar, Zeta, and Xpresso, an intimate coffee venue, are other casual and relaxing alternatives to enjoy a meal or quick snack and beverage. Cocktails and other light refreshments can also be enjoyed at Bajjah the terrace lounge. Neos, the stylish 63rd floor bar, offers sweeping views of Burj Khalifa and the surrounding Downtown Burj Dubai.
Guests can enjoy over 1000 square meters of swimming pool space in five separate tiered pools including a dedicated children’s pool. The Spa offers a broad range of treatments, with 10 separate treatment rooms. The fitness centre offers state of the art exercise equipment. Dubai - Construction Update.
For Dubai to continue its ongoing development there is construction throughout this Emirate. The land view/ marina/ lagoon view rooms in Dubai’s beach hotels are facing different levels of construction and some noise can be expected. From Sea facing rooms there may be construction visible on the Palm Island from most beach hotels, with minimum noise disruption. Within the resorts there is little disruption and holiday makers have been able to enjoy their beach holidays. Whilst the hotels do their best to allocate rooms where construction/ noise will be at the minimum, no complaints due to construction will be entertained regarding sea facing or land facing rooms. The Burj Dubai area is also rapidly being completed. Road works are underway throughout Dubai in order to improve the flow of traffic. The Dubai Metro is now partly opened and work on this project is visible throughout Dubai. Other projects will continue to unfold as Dubai races ahead. When visiting Dubai, you will be witnessing first hand development and growth of this world class destination. |
