The Dubai World Cup is a Group 1 race held at Meydan Racecourse in Dubai each year. The Dubai World Cup (2000m) boasts a total prize pool of $12,000,000 USD and is run under set-weight conditions. The Dubai World Cup is raced on dirt and is for Northern Hemisphere Thoroughbred four-year-olds & up and for Southern Hemisphere Thoroughbred three-year-olds & up.
