Mediterranean dishes dominate the menu with light and fresh fare during the day before transforming into a contemporary venue in the evenings complemented with aromatic smells from shishas and glorious sunsets that can be admired from the terrace that overlooks the Palm and Dubai Skyline. Live entertainment enhances the the ambience while you lounge on the poolside gazebos.
 SERAFINA BAR
Serafina Bar harks a style reminiscent of Italian Renaissance featuring grandiose furnishings, striking blown-glass chandeliers and rich interiors. Small dishes inspired by Venetian ‘Bacaro’ cuisine and innovative cocktails are found on the menu here that can be pondered over whilst listening to live classical entertainment. For the gentlemen, a selection of fine spirits and cigars are available.
